Simplification of tensión bar to a support

Hi everyone!
I have project to analyse a proposed bridge on Robot and I’ve come to have a problem. Need a lot of help!

This is the bridge in question. What I’m trying to do is to get rid of the arch and mimic the behaviour of the tension only cables as supports.

Initially I modelled the cables as pinned supports but this doesn’t work because the deflection we get on the simplified model is a lot larger than. The one on the complex model.
I have tried to use the unidirectional spring nodal support directions but I don’t know what the elastic coefficient of the cables are so I don’t get the best results.
please help! Thanks
