Seismic Dispositions : No Requirements!

Hi,

when I am designing reinforced concrete columns in a particular file, I am getting the following error-  Seismic Dispositions : No Requirements!

Can someone help please?

I tried it however now  I am getting the following error: Column21 - No synchronisation with the structure.
