RSA Spreadsheet calculator 2015 and MS Excel 2010 error

Hi,

recently I switched to 2015 version only having to use Spreadsheet calculator 2015. When starting SC 2015 I get the following error:

Spreadsheet calculator error.JPG

some background:

all software (RSA 2015 and MS Office 2010) both are clean install on new machine;

old user profile migrated from another machine so might be some issues with profile, registry ect.

I tried to reinstall both RSA and MS Office with no luck. Registry entrees are only for 2015 version, so shouldn't be conflict with 2014 version.

Any thought would be highly appreciated.

Kind Regards

Rokas

I guess you are using Microsoft Office 2010 64-bit.
Unfortunately 64-bit version of MS Excel is not supported by Robot Extensions - Spreadsheet Calculator.

Rafal,

it's 32 bit version of MS Office. I know compatibility issues with 64bit version. Any other suggestions?

OK, so update on this issue.

Above issue with error messahe (11) was to do with excel 2010 itself. COM add-inns didn't function properly causing SC to fail on start up.

Unfortunately I was forced to upgrade to office 2013 which is not supported by Robot Spreadsheet calculator - what a shame! Luckily I managed to convince them to install excel 2010 only so I can use SC.

Now I have a different issue - Model library is not available (see picture):

sc missing library.jpg

clicking on the navigator doesn't actually bring the table with available modules.

Reinstalling Robot 2015 didn't help.

Thanks

Content Library must be downloaded from Subscription Center and then installed.
(Subscription Center has been retired and moved into Autodesk Accounts)
