RSA 2017 CRASH

Hi, I have been noticing that RSA 2017 just shuts down suddenly in some of my models without even without showing the crash windows and unfortunatly i was not able to determine the cause of that. but I attached a file that did that twice now and when i open it in the repair mode and run it RSA crashes.

Hi, I'm an Italian Robot user. I have the same "APPCRASH" problem with RSA 2017. I cleaned the HD with a virus scan, I unistalled RSA and then reinstalled it without success. At present my personal workstation can't even begin to load RSA.

- clean windows %temp% folder

- clean robot  CFGUSR  folder

- restart coomputer

- install Robot

- in case of similar crash please use SparseM solver

Hi, I tried to follow the instructions you gave me, without success. Actually I tried several times and I noticed an error even during Robot installation.

What is SparseM solver?
