Rotating Column

Hi,

I have modelled a circular shaped building, but my columns are not correctly aligned

Please can you advise how I would rotated my columns about their own axis so that the column webs are parallel with the grid line back to the centre of the building and the column flange is pointed away from the building.

Some are my columns are aligned correctly, as shown in the second image.
