Robot Wind simulation

Dear All,

In all buildings code, wind velocity and pressure increase with building height.

However with RSA simulation, wind pressure decrease with height, even if I changed the velocity profile.

I tried to use the velocity profile shown in the pic.

Does any one have clarification for this? 

My second question is how to get the base shear and moment caused by the wind with Robot software.

To check the shear an moment at the base , run the model and check the reactions
