Robot Graphical Problem

Hi, my structure model has problem with graphic. Some stories, it shows the structure geometry but some other stories do not. But i believe they still there but just do not graphically show up. (see the attachment)

There is no error during the calculation phase. does anyone has ever experienced this? please help.

Could you check if you have the Story filter switched on (Geometry > Stories > Filter stories) and switch it off if applied?
