Hi! Please, i need some help, i'm having problems with Robot structural. No matter what version i use (2017,2018,2019), whenever i try printing or i try the printing preview, the program stops and autdesk asks me to send a report (i have already sent like 10). I've tried using every printer possible, and cannot make it happend.
I have an i7 computer, with 16 gb of ram and nvidia gtx960 m 2gb.
Furthermore, when i set the display acceleration (on view parameters) to "none", the program won't even open.
