Robot 2016 RC column provided reinforcement module not working

Hi,

I tried to do rc column design using the provided reinforcement module. Once I have set the rebars I wanted and clicked apply, normally the results including interaction diagram appear, having the automatic verification  click on. However, now it is just not working, no results or interaction diagram appear. I was wondering could this be an issue with the 2016 version and is there an update I haven't installed. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

clear robot cfgusr folder
restart computer

IF it does not help please send us model and write which column to check
