The attached model is not the same shown in the picture (there is no combinations and no calculated slab )
In order to check your problem please send us the model updated and the slab the one has problem opened in provided reinforcement to help you quickly)

Most likely the generated reinforcement zone is slightly smaller than the slab itself. Try to switch to the regular grid and generate reinforcement again.
