RC Shell - Calculation error Ar/At <1.0

I'm analysing a floor slab and after running the calculations to generate provided slab reinforcement. When this is complete I have manually made adjustments to simplify what rebar is provided. When I make the changes for each direction and each face As is always positive (i.e steel provided is more than required) as shown in image below, this is the same for X+, Y- and Y+. When I re-run the calculations once I have amended the reinforcement I keep getting errors that provided reinforcement is less than required (see image). Any idea why this would happen?
