RC Module transfer error

Hi Artur

Please take a look at this file, it doesn't transfer the internal forces to the RC modul 

Element 242 and 221

Even after opening in recovery mode the problem persists

I have checked on RSA 2016 SP1 and

- beam 221 is exported and calculated however it takes a bit of time to generate reinforcement

- beam 224 is not exported due to the fact that its web is too narrow. It has to be wider than 5in (should be at least 13 cm).
