Hi all,

I am trying modelling a RC deck with a capping beam supported piles but not sure if the model are correct following that the deck will be on the top of the capping beam and the piles below.

I tried simulated with offsets and rigid links but not sure if it is correct, Would anyone have any suggestions for modelling?

The model and the section are attached.

Before applying rigid links, move beams and deck at the right place

I would model the slab reaching only to the beams centerline .

Also , I would not apply offsets to beams ,keeping them leveled with the slab in order to avoid the beam-slab composite effect. Then ,adjust the pile rigid link sizes to match the beam bottom face
