RC Beam - Transverse Reinforcement Spacing

Hey guys i don't know why i get this error ( see the attached file). I need your help to solve it.

Thanks but now i got another problem. When i change the strength of the concrete to 25 MPA in the calculation option, the transverse reinforcement ( the spacing of them) changes. Why?

The resistance against shear is the sum of the concrete strength and the amount of reinforcement. If you increase or decrease the first component the other has to change as well to keep the sum at the same level.
