Good afternoon,
I hope to model in a concrete beam, which normally would be shown as centred on centroids, however I do recall, by mistake in a previous project, adjusting the top of a beam by mistake to floor level, although I cannot find how I achieved! Please refer to screen grab.
Beam in pink I hop to adjust circa 800mm down.

If you mean use of a vertical offset than I'd rather did not try this. I'd rather move the beam downwards and then used rigid links or model it as a panel (in the right position).
