Raft and Isolated/Pad Foundation Soil Specs

Hi,

We can model/design pad foundation as rafts with same dimensions and theoretically I am expecting to see similar deflection/stress behaviour. 

When I design a raft foundation in RSA I need to use Kz value from slab thk menu. 

Is it possible to use elastic ground for pad foundations too? 

I am using semi empirical stress limit for pad foundation and this method is not showing a displacement for the pads unlike the elastic raft modelling.
