Problem with forces

Hi!

I've got a problem with ARSA Pro 2017. It multiplies forces by 1000000. It's the first time when i use ARSA Pro on my new computer. I've never got this kind of issue. I want to report it to support but i can't find any other contact. If you have some ideas please write here. I made an attachment but I also paste a link. Good file is without a bug. Bad has a bug.

Files:

Best regards!

It solved the problem but made an another. I followed the instruction and everything was fine (file was fixed), but parameters changed to defaults and ARSA 2017 crashed. After that i couldn't even open it. I reinstalled Robot and installed Hotfixes. I think that everythink will be ok, but i can't repair previous files.

Thank you for your help!

Try these steps:

1. Open Bad.rtd

2. Generate default Job Preferences

3. Save the file under a new name

4. Calculate the model and check the results
