PROBLEM TO SENDING MODEL TO REVIT 2023

Hello Guys,

When I try send a complete model(rebars columns... )to revit 2023 only analitcs models was sent and dont show me on the options ( transfer optionally -- Rebars, columns, beamns) more. Anyone knows if in revit 2023 this option was removed ? And is possible export columns, beamsn and rebars to revit 2023 ?

Hi @robsonalef12 , 

As of 2023, the you can only send the analytical model to Revit and then remodel the physical model on top of it. This was done to have better control on the analytical side for Robot. I beleive maybe future version of Robot and Revit might include back the transfer of the physcical model also.

For direct connection, including sending results, you need to have Revit and Robot installed together on on the system.

What is the current state of modeling first in Robot and then exporting to Revit?

Is it already possible to send the 3D model to Revit, or is only the analytical model supported?

The current solution allows for sending analytical model only from Robot to Revit.

Then in Revit you can generate Physical Structural model out of Analytical one using Analytical Automation scripts included in the program...
