Precast slab with lattice girder is a proprietary system. I would suggest to look to the existing load to span table according to manufacturer's specs rather than modelling it.
Normally the lattice girder will provide rigidity to the panel and enables it to bind easily with in-situ concrete which is poured later on site.
Typically you have a 50 to 100 mm thick precast slab and 75mm thk screed that will act compositely. You can call the manufacturer to suit your needs.
