Panel reinforcement: panel calculation module does not include finite element

Hi all, 

I am modeling an elevated reservoir on ROBOT Autodesk, structure type: building design

Whenever I choose to check the reinforcement of panels (floors/walls), I get the following error:

Panel no. X: The element will not be included in the provided reinforcement modules. The panel calculation module does not include finite element.

Any suggestions? Help?

Make sure that the panel calculation model is set as shell.
