Hi,
I was wondering could somebody help me. I am modelling a one way spanning precast slab which is simply supported on precast concrete walls each side. The building is splayed at an angle in certain areas as per the attached two sheets on the pdf which shows the span directions and there supports. However, there is an area which I have created using a floor slab and the contour option which does not look like it has been evenly distributed like the other areas which I have clouded, is there another way of doing this or correcting it? it seems like one side of the slab is evenly distributed taking half of the span to each support which takes account of the splayed walls, however the other half which I have clouded does not? if someone could give me some advice or help it would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Could you attach the model please.
I have attached the model for one level without the results.
Many thanks I think that it sorted. I have also two questions below in relation to accuracy of drawing in panels.
1. With regards accuracy when drawing wall panels is it better to have three separate wall panels where you have three wall panels intersecting? or does it matter?
2. When drawing/setting wall out to gridlines it seems to get a bit cumbersome trying to get accurate snaps to centrelines when connecting panels. is there a set way or quick way to do this? Especially when drawing over a reference drawing imported from autocad.
Thanks.

hi, thanks for getting back, the slab distribution is working fine now. the question I was asking is that if import a dwg. format drawing as a plan into robot so as to model wall over, when you try to snap to the dwg. drawing it doesn't quite connect to the line on the dwg. imported drawing thus when modelling in the slab above onto the walls say as a rectangle it becomes difficult to get the load distributed correctly on the slabs as the lines are symmetrical. is there a guide for when starting a model based on importing a dwg. or is it just better to set up gridlines and forget about importing the drawing into robot?
