There is a bug as RSA uses rules taken from Australian standard without taking into account differences introduced by New Zeeland standard.
New Zeeland NZ3404 is almost the copy of Australian AS4100.
In case of slenderness limits used for section classification the table 5.2 (NZ3404) is almost the same as limits given in table 5,2 (AS4100) with one exception in line 4 provided by Amendment 1 (June 01) to NZ3404 that changes the limits for bent webs (compression at one edge - tension at the other).
Australian limits (82,115) for any type of section

were replaced by the rules specified separately for
- I sections in bending according strong axis (82,180)
- rectangular and square hollow sections (45,60) - very strong reduction in comparison with previous rules !
- In all other cases (82,130)

I have registered the issue in our database to be fixed in the future.
