No loads on my columns

I have my loads showing on my model and it shows in the loads tables. but when i try to reinforce my columns it shows that i have no loads on my columns. I have attached two photos, hopefully that helps.

I think you have not calculated model. It is defined (geometry+loads) but you have not calculated it to obtain internal forces in columns.
