No convergence of nonlinear problem (temperature load case)

Hi,

I modeled a steel structure on Robot which ran fine with no errors and I had all load cases assigned to it (temperature included). However when I increased the section size of a few members due to them being unsafe, I kept getting the "no convergence of nonlinear problem" error.

This error is only in the temperature load case.

I have adjusted the nonlinear analysis parameters, but to no avail. All other load cases (including wind) work fine.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous

This error is only in the temperature load case.

Assuming that the combinations with this load converges you may just ignore it as it never acts alone.
