Moment of Inertia of Cross Section

I am hereby to ask you that do we have to reduce moment of inertia of element in Robot Structural Analysis? Please refer to attached photo for detail.

Do you have some tip to reduce when we are using "special sections", built in Section Definition?

Because in these cases, we don't have the options in dialog box.
