Mesh quadrilateral is not possible, for the model

Hi everyone, I have the file surface , I want quadrilateral mesh, but it is impossible because Robot only makes the triangular mesh for this model, any recommendations?

Can you share the file? I enter the image parameters but the mesh is triangular (attached screenshots).

you have to click icon as picture for generate mesh.
