Hello everyone! I am trying to desige Bar ( Beam and Column) using RSAP following Russian code ( sp 63.13330.2012)ư
But I do not understand what this note mean with "Maximum code-defined stirrup spacing"
For colunm I can see this note " Excessive reinforcement ratio, Maximum code-defined stirrup spacing" or "Insufficient capacity against shear or torsion"
So Is that mean the section ok or not ok? How can I resovle them to correct section ?
