Long Term Deflection

Hi ,

I am looking for some guidance regarding the long term deflection calculation for an RC slab.

- Firstly, in the results tab -> maps -> displacement (for SLS load conditions) do the deflection values take into account long term creep? I assume that to get long term deflection values I must go to RC design tab ->required reinforcement->run calculations-> and check the deflections under the SLS tab.

- Secondly, if this is the long term deflection what area of reinforcement are these deflections based on? Are they based on minimal reinforcement for the cross section or are they based on the area of steel required?

Many thanks for your assistance.

Hi @mustafahesenow and @shane.fitzpatrick! What is your opinion the second question? What area of reinforcement are these deflections based on?
