Isolated nodes and type 3 warning

Hi,

I am having difficulties with isolated nodes and instability type 3 warning. I had a look at the isolated nodes and these nodes are connected to concrete columns. So I don't know why I am getting isolated warning here.

Also I could not get the results event though there is no errors on the model apart from the above warning. Please note that I am running this model for phase construction method.

Also, I am not sure with the finite element mesh on 3rd and 4th floor. the mesh on this floor is not a regular and I could not mesh these floors with regular mesh.
