Hello Engineers Smiley Happy

 In this picture I design a steel HEA 240 Beam with 6 m length  loaded By to concentrated load = 70 KN @1.5 & 4.5 m .

i want to calculate the critical moment  Mcr By Eurocode  .....

there is a little difference between the manual solution and  Robot Solution  Due to difference in Parameters the program assumed .....

 Robot.PNG

the Question is : can I change the Parameters that the Program used in design  as in the  photo ??

@Anonymous Artur Kosakowski edited the topic for better findability and marked the post as the solution. If it did not work as an answer, please post your reply in this thread so that I can unmark the solution.

Hi @Anonymous

It is not possible to manually set the values of these coefficients. Could you attach your model and hand calculations?

I attach the beam i want to calculate the Mcr for it using General Method and the ROBOT model  :

the manual solution assume Values of C1 =1.04 and C2=0.42 but Robot assume C1 =1.13 and C2 =0.46  which cause a little difference in values between manual and RSA solution

Iam sorry to noise you ... but i solve the problem of C1 & C2 But there is another problem ... How can I control C3 value ?? In the file i attached to you the manual soluation use C3 = 0.562 But robot use it = 1.12 ....please chech the photo i attached in the previous replay to compare the value of C3 in ROBOT and in manual soluatio (from the pdf file)
