If an 'Incoherent Mesh on Edges' error is in the calculations, is it likely to cause much distortion to the results, particularly the reactions for walls?

Hi @wosullivan

It depends how many of them you have and how big is incoherence region. It will always distort results in incoherence area. If there are too many of them it is better to correct model geometry, and re-mesh model to remove incoherences. Many incoherences can change results for affected panels.    Sum of reaction for structure should be correct but force distribution in panel with incoherent mesh can be distorted.

If you have any doubt about your results please share your model for verification.
