Incoherent mesh on edges

Dear Autodesk Team, 

Could you please let me know what kind of error of mesh on edges like picture below :

Sometime I see the mesh have a blue line so I can't manually correct the mesh. Please let me know clear , thank you very much.

Could you switch on display of node numbers and surface element numbers and switch off filling of panel interior so that it is easier to see what is on the picture?

When you switch on display of node numbers and surface element numbers and switch off filling of panel interior so that it is easier to see what is on the picture ...
