Impossible to select nodes to create claddings or move object from node to node

Hello,

I don't know what happened, but suddenly I can't point the nodes in my model to create a new bar or move from node to node, or create a cladding. I can select the node with selection window, but not point it. is something to this model, because if I opening other model, everything works good.

Attached my model and tanks for the help.
