How to model this Steel union?

Which structural type is the correct one to model this steel union?

I think plates and bracing as panels, bolts as supports

Thanks for the reply @Rafal.Gaweda; but im looking for something simplier; like create a new material named "weld" with his respective propertiesand put it between panels like a small solid? Is that possible?
