How to model circular water tank?

Hi there

I want to model and simulate circular water tank with 45m diameter and 7m height.

I have watched many videos about that and my questions is:

1-Can I model the tank as circle shell or the wall should be small parts of rectangular walls??

2-If it possible how to model it??

3-How to define a shell or wall with small thickness at top and thin at the bottom of the wall?

4-Where can I find videos or PDF to learn more about ROBOT?? or the best resource to be professional on this program?

1- circle will be always a poligonal in Robot

2- Many ways to model

1- Geometry/objects/ cylinder , but you´ll have no control to assign different thicknesses to wall ,base and top slabs/plate

2- You can create a circle and use extrude option on Geometry/objects/extrude

3- I would do as below

Don´t forget to delete the bars used to help build the panels

3- Yes ,watch the video

Thanx so much.
But I want to know why I can't assign the shell first before the foundation??
Also why did you draw the bars and divide the shell to two parts??

1-You can assign the thicknesses in any order.

2- You have to set a closed contour ,but the  vertical segment cannot be the same bar.So for cylinder walls it has to be divided in 2.
