How to delete an isolated node of a calculation point?

I am using Frame 3D and I have created a steel frame with claddings to apply loads. One side of a cladding is near a bar/column and this causes an isolated node to appear. The isolated node sometimes disappears when I change something else in the model (for example a section that doesn't affect this area). I have tried to move the contourpoints of the side of the cladding to exact coordinates to the beginning node of the column, but it's not reliable. The isolated node has type 1 and type 3 instabilities.

Is there a way to manually delete a calculation point or edit them? I have attached a screen capture of a 3 calculation points that are in close proximity to one another. I suppose one point would be enough.

Try to create structural axes along the walls and at the levels of the beams and then use the detailed correction option with the adjustment to these axes with e.g. 1 cm tolerance.

Hello Artur,

I tried the solution: I created couple of axis from the endpoint nodes of the beams, but when I go to the Edit-Detailed Correct the ability to use "to structure axes" adjustment type has been grayed out. I tried to save, adjust the range to whole structure or Current selection, but I am unable to use the "to structure axes" adjustment type.

I did create the axes with the Arbitrary option since the beams are angled and not perpendicular to global X or Y axis.

I did try to use Detailed Correct to the cladding with selected objects being the columns/beams next to it and the isolated node is gone again, hopefully it won't come back this time.

Hi @Anonymous

This option is limited to the Cartesian axis only. If the wall is not parallel to the global coordinate system axes then you need to adjust to the plane defined by e.g. its 3 corners.
