Why are there different values ​​for MZ in the "reactions table" and in the "reduced forces" tab in the "stories table"? The sum of MZ for all floors will not be equal to the reaction force for MZ.

Moments in Sum of reactions in Reactions table are caclulated in respect of center of Global Coordinate System - point (0;0;0)
