Gusset plate design to Eurocode 3: bug in Autodesk Robot?

I noticed that the distance e2 in Robot is different from the definition in Eurocode, see the figure below. Why is this? Are the formulas used in Robot correct with this definition of e2 for bearing in the z direction?
