Getting 'The regulations have been changed!' Error without changing any regulations

Hi,

I am getting attached error message frequently without changing any regulation settings for multiple projects when opening automatic load combinations window.

Is there a way to reset related settings or how can I fix it for good? 

Kindly provide input.
