I get this message: Geometry of element requires treatment of the element as Wall piers. The RC Wall module does not support this type of elements. Thank you for your attention

Hi @Anonymous

Assuming you selected ACI code this message is displayed when Hw/Lw >= 2.0 and Lw/Bw <= 6.

Bw – thickness

Hw – height

Lw – length

As @Artur.Kosakowski wrote:

Your Hw/Lw=3,36 > 2 and Lw/Bw=4,9<6 so your wall is treated as a wall pier.

Hi @Anonymous,

To solve this message you have to change dimensions for the wall.

As I understand this ACI standard doesn't take in to account wall that you try to design.

Hi @Anonymous

My knowledge of ACI it  too limited to be sure but perhaps you just need to design it as a column (model it as a bar element instead)?
