I would like know how to model correctly Flat Steel Plate with correct steel material properties ?

Hi @Nissar19 

Plate geometry can be defined by Geometry >Objects >Polyline contour.

Then Panel can be assigned to defined geometry (Geometry >Panel).

 

While panel definition, thickness can be edited "..."and defined as for homogeneous  plate.

Within thickness definition dialog, material can be selected from material database.

 

Model - in panel definition dialog should be set to shell.

Reinforcement does not matter while calculation but can be set to none.
