Effective Elastic Modulus for a Semirigid Diaphragm

I was curious if when defining a steel roof deck, does Robot consider the effective modulus when doing a lateral analysis.  Please see the attached equation from the Vulcraft Steel Roof and Floor Deck Guide?

In Robot you define and mesh a panel so you'd need to define its material and thickness in the way they correspond to the values you calculated.
