helo,

Is it possible to apply displacement controll load at free node? (I want to apply displacement instead of force at free end of a cantilever beam and check value of generated force or stress for that particular displacement)

Not directly, you have to apply support with very small (neglible) elasticity on such node.

Because there is no such load on free node in Robot.

Upps, sorry.
I have not checked results values.
Let's assume the workaround does not work.
