Difficulty creating mesh

Good morning,

other modeling issues of mesh.

If you create the mesh on the attached file:

- Good connection between the vertical cylinders
- Lack of connection with the plates of the rings
- Lack of connection with the cylinder tilted

If join all cylinders (vertical and inclined) by UNION:

- Good connection between the elements of the cylinders
- Lack of connection with the plates of the rings
- Change of position between the flat elements that discretize the vertical cylinder

How can I create a good mesh for items modeled?
