difference between results and design

I HAVE A QUESTION (have attachments). We wish to be answered. When I design and calculate for model. The internal force diagram gives the result of symmetry, I find it correct. But when the "reinforced reinforcement of RC Elements" is provided for the reinforcement, the reinforcement shall not be placed as an internal force and asymmetric. We wish to be answered!

Now also that model I increase the rigid link for the force point. Notice two different results. Should I use any method is reasonable sir.
