Designing wood column with variable cross section and asymmetric

Hi,

Lately I have been working on a project concerning a wood industrial building. I need to design the columns of the portals made of wood and I need to do them with a variable cross section, smaller at the base and larger at the top. The problem is that when I use the variable cross section option for wood cross sections, the result is a column symmetrical to its central axis like a truncated pyramid, as shown on picture 1, but I need one that is asymmetrical, straight on one side and inclined on the other, as shown on picture 2. Any suggestions on how to do such a column?

Thanks.
