Defined soil load has not been assigned to selected objects

Good morning, friends, I have a question, in the option of special loads by pressure of the ground, if very well it is generated, the calculation note when I add to it a distributed load, I get a message indicating, that this does not affect the calculation, I saw in one of the solutions a solution to this, but for more than I try not solve

Mind to match the level of the soil with the Z coordinates of the wall.

Please check the top and bottom level of you retaining wall.I guess both of top and bottom level are above  or under soil level.
