Column splice Connection

Hello,

When I select the columns on my structure to design a splice connection,  it suggests a beam-to-beam connection instead (when I select 'new connection for selected bars'). Does anyone know the reason behind this?

Try to change the connection type in this way:

Hi Artur and thank you for the response. Please see the attached picture. The option for the column splice is not available. Only the beam splice is available.
