Buckling Analysis

By reading some topics about the way RSA analyses the buckling stability of a structure , i raises some questions :

1. how can we define a manual combinaison to a load case in order to use for as buckling analysis ?

2.Is it "suffisant" to say that if all the critical coefficients, for the load case on which the buckling analysis is based, are greater than 1 that there is no problem of loss of stability ( for this load case) ?
