Beginner at Autodesk Robot

Autodsek Community, 

 

I am new to Autodesk Robot and have a few questions if anyone could help please and thanks:

 

I am designing a 4 storey Reinfroced Concrete Frame with pad foundations. 

 

I have my loads (ignoring wind and snow loads) imposed and dead laods. 

 

My questions are as follows,

 

1- Do I have to design each element seperate or can I design say my slab then connect to beams and columns as I go along?

 

2- Can I design with reinforcement in them?
